- Return Acceptance
We accept returns of products within 21 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at support@jjesstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item, including the purchase receipt and the RMA.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service.
- Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
