  1. Return Acceptance

We accept returns of products within 21 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@jjesstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely package the item, including the purchase receipt and the RMA.
  3. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service.
  1. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
